I cannot recommend Hank and H&H Ferguson's highly enough. We contracted with them to demolish our house and garage apartment. The process was straightforward with no surprises.  Hank and his team performed the demo exactly as promised and on-time.  The left the property completely free of debris and provided a rough grade to help get us ready for construction.  Honesty, transparency and quality work...this is what we got by working with Hank and H&H Fergusons'.  The best demo company in the Tampa Bay Area, hands down!

They were prompt and courteous and their equipment was in great condition. The son operates the excavating machine and is incredibly talented. It was amazing to watch him work. He could pick up the smallest piece of metal or wood or the largest piece of concrete with such ease. It was like watching an artist work.
